We do not offer refunds for NetSpot Home, PRO, or Enterprise purchases, due to the fact that we provide NetSpot Free so that you can evaluate the app by sampling it. If there is a feature you need to test that is not included with the Free version, please contact NetSpot support prior to making your purchase, so we can help you figure out if NetSpot is right for your project and/or provide you with a trial license if eligible.
The one exception to our refund policy is in the case where you discover a bug in NetSpot Home, PRO, or Enterprise (that was not evident in a free version of NetSpot or a trial one) which prevents you from the normal use of the software, and we cannot fix the bug or offer a workaround in a reasonable amount of time. In this case, we will grant a refund as long as you:
- notify us of the bug within 14 days of purchase
- provide all information we request in a timely manner and
- submit your request for a refund to NetSpot in writing within 30 days of purchase.
If you ordered NetSpot from the Mac App Store, please see Apple’s refund policy here. We offer discounted pricing for a more expensive license of NetSpot, should you realize your current license is not enough for your needs. For example, you can always upgrade NetSpot Home to PRO or even Enterprise license at a price difference. Same with moving up from NetSpot PRO (including the one you purchased from the Mac App Store) to NetSpot Enterprise. Simply contact our support team with your original order number, and they’ll gladly assist.
Included with each NetSpot purchase is free minor updates, bug fixes and support via email. If you are having an issue with the app after purchase, please contact NetSpot support and we will do our best to assist you.
